Physiotherapist Attache/Medic

Our reputable client is a leading sports management and events company providing athlete support services for amateur and professional teams. They are dedicated to promoting healthy, active lifestyles through sports.

Our client seeks a talented Physiotherapist Attache/Medic to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing preventative and rehabilitative treatment to athletes to optimize their performance and expedite recovery from injuries.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assess athletes and design tailored treatment plans to address injuries or imbalances.

  • Implement physiotherapy techniques like soft tissue massage, joint mobilization and exercises.

  • Monitor progress and modify plans as needed based on response to treatment.

  • Educate athletes on injury prevention, ergonomics, nutrition and conditioning.

  • Travel with teams to sporting events and provide on-site treatment as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations and athlete health status.

  • Liaise with physicians, coaches and trainers regarding athletes' treatment and progress.

  • Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and safety protocols are strictly followed.

  • Stay updated with latest techniques, research and regulatory guidelines in physiotherapy.

  • Provide first-aid and emergency response for acute injuries during matches/practice.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.

  • License to practice as a Physiotherapist.

  • 1 to 2 years of sports physiotherapy experience is an added advantage.

  • Current certifications in first-aid, CPR, etc.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Passion for sport and promoting well-being through an active lifestyle.
