Sales and Marketing Personnel

A reputable organization based in Bulawayo is seeking a qualified and experienced Sales and Marketing Personnel to join their team.

The organization operates in the pharmaceutical field and has a focus on the Harare market. This position will be based in Bulawayo but requires frequent travel to Harare.

The Sales and Marketing Personnel will be responsible for driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to promote the organization's products in the Harare market. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical field.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the Harare market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the organization and expand the customer base.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical field.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical field is preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Must be 30 years and above.

  • Must have a clean class four driver's license.

  • Ability to travel to Harare frequently.
