Sales Personnel

The Print Lounge is seeking a highly motivated Sales Personnel to join our growing business. This role will be responsible for attracting new customers and promoting our diverse range of printing solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven self-starter who thrives on finding innovative ways to exceed client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Source and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach and industry events

  • Present company capabilities to prospective customers through effective pitches

  • Establish rapport and manage client relationships through ongoing communication

  • Strive to meet and surpass sales targets through dedicated prospecting efforts

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, proposals and contract details

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and emerging marketing strategies

  • Assist customers through the entire sales cycle from proposal to project delivery

  • Work under pressure to deliver on tight deadlines as required by clients


Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, business or relevant field

  • 2+ years of proven success in a sales target-driven role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a passion for finding innovative solutions

  • Tech-savvy with solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing

  • Ability to work seamlessly under pressure while maintaining quality
