Senior Auto Electricians

Our client, a reputable FMCG/Manufacturing company based in Mutare, is seeking experienced and skilled Senior Auto Electricians to join their maintenance team.

The Senior Auto Electricians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in vehicles, ensuring their proper functioning.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in vehicles.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.

  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicle electrical systems.

  • Repair or replace faulty electrical components.

  • Test and calibrate electrical systems to ensure proper functioning.

  • Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to address electrical and mechanical integration.

  • Follow wiring diagrams and technical specifications for accurate installations and repairs.

  • Stay updated on advancements in automotive electrical systems and technologies.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Apprenticeship or Journeyperson qualification as an Automotive Electrician or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as an Auto Electrician or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
