Sales and Marketing Administrator

Clamore Solar is currently seeking a reliable and trustworthy Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing sales support, processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, generating quotes, closing deals, and ensuring a strong market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Offer sales support to the sales and marketing team.

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

  • Maintain customer records and ensure updated and accurate customer information.

  • Generate quotes and actively work towards closing deals in the shortest possible time.

  • Prepare periodic reports as required by management, highlighting sales performance and market trends.

  • Receive and serve listed and walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service.

  • Prepare a calling schedule and actively follow up on client demands and inquiries.

  • Maintain a strong market presence through effective marketing initiatives and activities.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Digital marketing experience will be considered an added advantage.

  • Strong background in customer service.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry or related field.

  • Candidates should hold a qualification in marketing or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
