Security Guard Marketing Executive
A renowned Security Services Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard Marketing Executive to join their team. This challenging role requires a mature and result-oriented individual with a strong background in the security industry.
The primary responsibility is to secure Security Guarding contracts for private and public properties. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing the marketing business strategy to achieve the company's sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to secure Security Guarding contracts for private and public properties.
- Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships and effectively promoting the company's services.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring mutual agreement and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the security services industry, keeping up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and progress towards sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Continuously evaluate marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvements to achieve sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- A Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Security.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Security Marketing industry.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Proven database and network of contacts will be an added advantage.
- Age range between 28 to 49 years old.
