TEACHERS - ECD TO GRADE 7

A well-known private school in Harare is seeking Teachers from Early Childhood Development (ECD) through to Grade 7. The school is looking for candidates with at least a Diploma in Education, and experience teaching in Private Schools is considered an added advantage.

Grade 7 teachers must have extensive experience teaching classes for both ZIMSEC and Cambridge, with evidence of excellent results. Teachers with expertise in artificial intelligence, robotics, Allied Arts, Music, and similar areas are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively instruct students, delivering engaging and effective lessons.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans based on the curriculum requirements.

  • Design and administer tests and assignments to assess student progress and understanding.

  • Effectively manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Prepare students for public examinations, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident.

  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning experiences.

  • Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their individual needs and challenges.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive teaching team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Education.

  • Experience teaching in Private Schools is an added advantage.

  • Vast experience teaching classes for both ZIMSEC and Cambridge (for Grade 7 teachers).

  • Expertise in artificial intelligence, robotics, Allied Arts, Music, or related fields is highly desirable.

  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills.

  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.

  • Ability to connect and engage with students effectively.
