RECRUITING 2024 APPRENTICES IN THE FOLLOWING MOTOR INDUSTRY FIELDS:


  • Panel beating and spray painting

  • Auto Electrics

  • Motor Mechanics


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire practical skills and knowledge in the chosen field of apprenticeship, including panel beating and spray painting, auto electrics, or motor mechanics.

  • Assist experienced professionals in carrying out repair and maintenance tasks on vehicles.

  • Learn to use specialized tools and equipment effectively.

  • Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all work activities.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical competencies.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance procedures under supervision.

  • Develop a strong understanding of industry best practices and stay updated on emerging trends.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 'O' Levels, including Mathematics, English, and Science, attained in not more than two sittings.

  • Possession of a clearance letter from the Apprenticeship Board.

  • Valid driver's license or provisional driver's license.

  • Strong interest and passion for the motor industry.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
