Gas Retail Attendant - Domboshava

Pandi Gas is looking for a dedicated Gas Retail Attendant to join our team. As a Gas Retail Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Domboshava outlet.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer interactions, refill LPG tanks, and manage stock inventory. If you are customer-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have experience in LPG handling, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Refill customer's LPG tanks efficiently and safely.

  • Manage stock inventory, including regular reconciliations and monitoring.

  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for LPG handling.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting customers with their needs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Domboshava outlet.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of transactions and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.

  • Execute proper safety procedures during the handling and storage of LPG.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of one-year experience in handling LPG.

  • Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

  • Possession of a Zera Training Certificate is mandatory.

  • Completion of at least five 'O' levels, including Mathematics and English.

  • Residents of Domboshava are encouraged to apply.
