Ecrag Consultants is looking for dynamic Sales & Client Services Officers to join our team. As a Sales & Client Services Officer, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Your exceptional customer service skills and sales expertise will contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and track sales goals, providing timely reporting on results.

  • Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs and promote our products and services.

  • Reach out to potential leads through various channels to establish connections.

  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to various prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

  • Prepare and submit sales contracts accurately and efficiently.

  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall sales growth.

  • Participate in company meetings with the sales manager and other sales representatives to discuss strategies and performance.

  • Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

  • Stay updated on sales processes and dynamics, continually enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes and dynamics.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft packages, Canva, and other design software.

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
