Sales Representative

Kardia Holdings is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and establishing strong customer relationships.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales to contribute to our company's success.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing.

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
