KyleGuard Security Services is looking for reliable and professional Security Guards to join our dynamic team in Gweru. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our company, employees, and visitors.

Your strong presence and adherence to safety protocols will help prevent theft, violence, and any unauthorized activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to ensure the security of premises.

  • Maintain a highly visible presence to deter theft, violence, and infractions of rules.

  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and address any security risks or suspicious activities.

  • Respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly and appropriately.

  • Operate security equipment, including CCTV systems and fire alarms, effectively.

  • Report any security breaches, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.

  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.

  • Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.

  • Ability to operate security equipment, including CCTV systems and emergency equipment such as fire alarms.

  • Strong observation and communication skills.

  • Ability to respond to emergencies and remain calm in tense situations.

  • High level of physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • 5 O-level passes or equivalent.
