Technical Investment Administrator

A dynamic and experienced Technical Investment Administrator is sought to join our client's team. As a Technical Investment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the investment reporting environment, ensuring accurate and efficient administration of investment portfolios.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and administer investment portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Utilize investment administration systems such as AIMS, SMAC, InvestOne, HiPort, EagleOne, etc.

  • Monitor asset-based taxes, including Capital Gains Tax and Dividend Withholding Tax.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment transactions.

  • Perform regular reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  • Generate investment reports and statements for clients and stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Provide support to clients and address any inquiries related to investment administration.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Stay informed about market trends and investment products to provide informed advice.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric qualification is essential.

  • Commerce degree or relevant qualification.

  • 7-10 years of experience in the investment administration reporting environment.

  • Experience with interlink or any pooled fund administration will be advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of investment administration systems.

  • Familiarity with asset-based taxes, such as Capital Gains Tax and Dividend Withholding Tax.

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Remuneration:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly basic salary ranging from R55,000 to R85,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
