VW /Audi New Vehicle Sales PTA

Our client, an established and highly reputable dealership in Pretoria, is seeking a self-motivated and driven Certified VW/Audi New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team.

Our client is looking for a Certified VW/Audi New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential clients, conducting demos and test drives, and ensuring the successful delivery of vehicles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a VW or Audi dealership.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prospect new clients on a daily basis, leveraging company-provided advertising and utilizing additional advertising methods to maximize potential leads.

  • Conduct demos and test drives with potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of VW and Audi vehicles.

  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, presentable, and meet the customer's specifications.

  • Open deal folders and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and organized.

  • Perform needs analysis to understand the customer's requirements and provide suitable vehicle options.

  • Assist the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to ensure all documents are correct and in compliance with regulations.

  • Deliver vehicles to customers in a dynamic and engaging manner, providing a memorable experience.

  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • Attend training sessions and stay updated with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with the company and the manufacturer to participate in various functions and promotional events.

  • Take initiative in completing tasks and following instructions while maintaining professional boundaries.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid South African Driver's License.

  • Senior Certificate.

  • VW/Audi International Sales Executive Certification.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a VW or Audi dealership.
